Your answers are used to prepare your summary and are not shared outside Group Perfect®.
How thorough do you want this to be?
Score each one from 1 to 5. The aim is not a perfect score, it is to find where better process, confidence or consistency would help. If you do not know the answer, say so. Not knowing is a finding in itself, and it is more useful to us than a guess.
Three details and your score appears on the next screen. We will also email you a copy so you have it later. We will not call you unless you ask.
No newsletter, no mailing list.
Free and no obligation. We will walk through the sections above, answer your questions, and tell you honestly whether we are the right people to help.
Most people who take the call are not ready to buy anything yet, and that is fine. It is a conversation about your result, not a pitch.
We have emailed a copy of this summary to . Nothing further happens unless you ask it to.
Thirty minutes on a video call with a Group Perfect® consultant. No charge and no obligation. If we do not think we can help, we will say so and point you somewhere better.
One moment.
Three optional questions. They take a minute, and they let us read your scores against what you are actually trying to achieve rather than in isolation. Whoever takes your call will have read them beforehand.

This audit is published by Group Perfect® Ltd., company number 16701654, registered at 3 Toli Mill, Bradford Peverell, Dorset, DT2 9SG. Group Perfect is the data controller, which means we decide what is collected and why.
Sales Perfect® is part of Group Perfect, and a Sales Perfect consultant is who reviews your result with you if you ask for that. Perfect Media®, also part of Group Perfect, built and maintains this tool.
Any questions about your information, email enquiries@groupperfect.co.uk.
Your answers to the short set of questions about how your business is set up, the score you give against each question, and any notes you choose to add. Once the questions are finished we ask for your name, your company name and your work email address, so we can send you your summary.
If you fill in the three optional questions on the booking screen, we also keep what you tell us about your objectives, your challenges and how your team is put together.
We record which link brought you here, for example whether you arrived from LinkedIn or from an email. That is a short marker on the web address and it tells us nothing about you personally.
To prepare and send your summary. To let one of our consultants follow up if you want that. And, in aggregate with nothing that identifies you, to understand what businesses are finding difficult and to improve the audit.
Legitimate interests. You are completing a business diagnostic and asking for a result, and we have a legitimate interest in giving you one and in offering related services. You can object at any time and we will stop.
The audit itself sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracking anywhere in the questions or in your result.
The one exception is the booking screen. If you choose to book a review, the calendar on that screen is provided by Calendly, which sets its own cookies and has its own privacy policy. Nothing loads from Calendly unless you go to that screen.
Your answers go to our own web server and are emailed to us. Four other companies are involved, each acting only on our instructions.
DreamHost hosts the tool and receives your submission. Microsoft carries the email that reaches us. Calendly handles the booking, but only if you choose to book.
Anthropic writes the short summary you see at the end. Only your scores and answers are sent to them, with no name, company name or email address attached, so the wording is produced without them ever receiving anything that identifies you or your business. Your name and company are added back afterwards on your own device.
Some of these process information outside the UK. Where that happens it is covered by the safeguards UK data protection law requires. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with anyone else.
24 months from the day you complete the audit, unless you ask us to remove it sooner, or we are still in active conversation with you about it.
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us using it at all. Email enquiries@groupperfect.co.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Completing this audit does not add you to a mailing list. We will contact you about your result and nothing else, unless you tell us otherwise.
